During October, Scouts take part in Popcorn Sales.
This annual fundraiser is part of our commitment to our local Mt. Diablo Silverado Council. Overall, around 30% of the sales price goes Trails End company and 70% goes to scouting; part to the council, part to the Troop and part to the individual scout’s ‘scout account’, that they can use to pay for trips, etc.
The scouts can take orders in person and turn them in at the last meeting in October, and then later deliver the popcorn in person to their customers. Alternatively, they can direct people to order online from Trails End (please make sure that the proceeds go to Troop24).
