Winter Camping Trip at Big Meadows

 When: Sat., Jan. 14-Mon.,Jan. 16: Details to be finalized.
Where: Winter Camping Trip at Big Meadow Campground (map).
Details: For safety reasons, scouts need to attend most snow camping instructional meetings in order to attend. Mandatory pack check at the next meeting.

  • Jan 8, 2017: PLC meeting.
  • Jan 21, 2017: Hike Mission Peak in Fremont.
  • Feb. 11-12, 2017: Camping & hiking at Pinnacles National Park.
  • Feb. 17-20, 2017: Annual family skiing & snowboarding trip at Mount Shasta.
  • Mar. 18-19,2017: Backpacking at Henry Coe State Park. More details to follow.

  • Note: Permission slips are attached to troop calendar events. If no check/cash is required, a scan of the permission slip can be emailed to permissionslip@troop24berkeley.org
  • Thanks to all parents who legibly write their scout’s name and purpose of payment on the memo. line of the check! Checks are the preferred means of payment, but we take cash or Paypal ☺.
