Troop Finances

Income

The primary source of funds for the Troop is the annual dues of $100 per scout collected each November,? in time for the annual Troop District re-chartering. Scholarships are available and no-one is left out of the Troop due to financial hardship.

Other major sources of troop income are the two fund-raisers held each year: Selling holiday wreaths and popcorn sales. These programs help fund Troop outdoor activities, and provide scouts a great way to earn money to apply to their annual dues, summer camp, and high adventure trips.

The Troop also accepts donations for specific projects or for general troop support.
