Drivers Details

The troop needs adult drivers for scout outings and we need to collect some information before you are able to drive. We give that information to our scout council when we apply for tour permits for trips so that the trips are covered by scout insurance.

You can either fill out this simple Google form (click here) or send the following information using this link:

  1. Make, model and year of your vehicle.
  2. Owner’s name and drivers license number.
  3. Number of people your car can transport including the driver (based on number of seat belts)
  4. An assurance that everyone riding in your car will wear seat belts.
  5. Name of your insurer and an assurance that your policy meets the minimum limits required by the state of California.
  6. Your city, zip code and best phone number to reach you
  7. Name of your son
